The poppy flower seeds Shirley form fairly large, striking flowers in all sorts of shades. While perennial poppies are ugly to wither after flowering, these annual poppies can very well be used to fill such 'holes' in the border. They also look very nice when shrubs. They endure some shade. Also valuable as a cut flower.
Very showy in beds but also a must in the border. Likes well drained soil.
Sowing instructions
Sow from early spring until early summer in rows or scattered.Prick out if necessary.
