French Beans Seeds

They can be found in almost every vegetable or allotment garden,  French beans. Fresh, they are deliciously crunchy. Bush beans are low-growing plants, growing about 50 cm high. They need no extra support and can often be harvested earlier than runner beans.

There are also climbing variety’s, which do need support, and are ideal for the somewhat smaller kitchen garden as they grow in height and therefore take up little space. Moreover, the beans grow further from the ground, making them less susceptible to disease and not getting dirty.

Taking care of beans is simple. Regular watering in hot weather and removing weeds is sufficient. Regular harvesting promotes the growth of new beans.
