April is started and this weekend the temperature is dropping, but, from next week on it seems to become stable and nice healty weather!

New kind of seeds: Microgreens seeds

Microgreens are also known as micro- or germinated vegetables. It is a collective name for vegetables and herbs that can be harvested at an early stage. You harvest them as sprouts or let them grow a little further in order to harvest them as young leaves. Sprouting vegetables are very healthy and versatile. You can recognise them by their fresh and spicy flavour, which makes them very suitable as a flavour enhancer in soups or salads, for example.
