Sowing instructions
With a greenhouse, you can sow beetroot very well in February and March.Sowing: from April into July. For conservation, the second half of May is the best sowing period. Sow at 30 cm between rows, later thin out at 7-10 cm, do not transplant.
Harvest: If sown early, from mid-July to the end of September. For storage, pull up the frizzles in late autumn-until about mid-November-before frost. Turn off the foliage and pit them in sand in a frost-free place.
