With the organic endive seeds of the Endive Batavian Green No. 5 (Cichorum endivia) you rear a leafy vegetable that is suitable for spring and summer crops. The crop needs much moisture to grow properly.
Organic Endive Seeds registration
These organic endive seeds are growned, cleaned and packed according to the organic production method, which is recorded and monitored by the Skal. These products are identified by the EKO quality mark. For the packaging of the seeds our supplier has a Skal certificate under registration number 014 218 in the Netherlands.
Sowing instructions
Early sowing:
Mid spring in frames, when soil temperature is about 14-16ºC, prick out once and plant out in frames.
Mid summer in seedbed in open ground , prick out once and transplant outdoors or sow directly outdoors in rows and thin out.
