Pak Choi Seeds

Pak choi is a vegetable belonging to the cabbage family in the cruciferous family. It is a fast-growing variety of cabbage, native to Asia. The cabbage tends to bolt quickly. This can be avoided by not sowing around the longest day.  Dutch Garden Seeds sells pak choi seeds from the brands 'Buzzy Seeds' and 'de Bolster'. Pak choi has leaves with white stems, both edible and has no typical cabbage flavour. This vegetable can be eaten raw and, of course, boiled or steamed. In Asian cuisine, pak choi is often stir-fried. Pak choi is best cooked al dente.
