Beetroot fire red bullet is a biennial crop. These beet seeds are actually the best-selling and best-known in the beet seed series from buzzy seeds. Bullet' is an excellent, round beetroot for summer cultivation.
If sown too early, there is a risk of bolting (forming flower stems). Red beetroot grows on all types of soil, but on dry soils the tubers may bulge. Later sown beets can be stored for a very long time in a cool, frost-free place.
With these beetroot seeds you sow a beetroot which is an excellent storage variety for summer use.
