Celeriac Dolvi is a variant of ice-cream celery. At the end of summer, just above the ground, the crop forms a tuber with a diameter of about 10 centimetres, the leaves of celeriac are also edible.
For a good biological balance we advise you to sow spinach and/or tomatoes next to the celery.
Sowing instructions
Early spring in frames, prick out once and transplant mid spring, or sow from mid spring in seedbed and plant out.
